Accepted Payment Methods
StudySpace currently accepts payments through supported Indian UPI applications including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI and compatible banking applications. Payment availability may change without prior notice.
Manual Verification Process
Every payment proof submitted is manually reviewed by the StudySpace moderation team. Verification normally takes between 12–24 hours but may extend during weekends, examination periods or public holidays. Submission of payment proof does not automatically grant access until verification is completed.
Failed or Pending Payments
If your bank account has been debited but access has not been granted, kindly contact our support team with your registered email address, payment screenshot, UTR/Transaction ID and payment time. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Eligibility
Because StudySpace distributes digital educational content that becomes immediately accessible after verification, all successful purchases are considered final. Refunds are only considered if duplicate payments, technical delivery failures caused by StudySpace, or accidental billing errors are verified by our team.
Fraud Prevention
Reusing payment screenshots, editing transaction images, submitting screenshots belonging to another user, or attempting payment fraud may result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of access without refund.
Pricing Changes
StudySpace reserves the right to modify note prices, contributor royalties, promotional offers and discounts at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already verified.
Limitation of Liability
StudySpace is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banking networks, internet outages or incorrect payment information entered by the purchaser.

By initiating a UPI transfer and uploading a screenshot on StudySpace, you acknowledge and agree to the policies set forth on this page. All payments are processed directly via secure Indian UPI gateways to the verified VPA configured on the checkout page.
UpLearning Team reserves the right to modify Note prices, suspend access for review, and update these terms at any time. If an access request remains pending for more than 48 hours, please reach out to support@studyspace.in with your registered email and payment details.
